Warranty

A & B Associates warrants only that the GaleShield products provided are free from defects in
workmanship and materials (small flaws in the mesh material and it’s color are normal and acceptable).
A Pro-Rated Mesh Warranty is provided to the original purchaser for a period not to exceed
TEN (10) years from the date of purchase. This covers replacement or repair according to the residual
value of the fabric. Slight color fade over time is normal. A Limited Warranty is provided to the
original purchaser for a period not to exceed ONE (1) year for all other hardware items (slide rails,
pulley assemblies, slide connections, & etc). A registration card must be submitted to A & B Associates
at the time of purchase. Proof of purchase must be submitted with any claim. There are no
warranties implied or expressed for the fitness of use or merchantability of any product. A & B Associates
is not liable for injuries incurred that may be sustained during product installation or use.
All defective materials must be returned to A & B Associates at their then place of business. Any
liability incurred with the use of GaleShield products is strictly limited to the selling price, not including
shipping and handling. The Warranty Card supplied with the product must be completed
and returned to A & B Associates within 60 days to properly register your GaleShield Weather
Control Screens.
