Ordering Process

How do I place an order?

After you receive the price information and have determined the exact quantities of the different
MODEL(S) and DIMENSIONS you will require:

1. Click on, download and complete the SALES ORDER INFORMATION FORM
2. With that information you are prepared to call, fax or e-mail our office. See CONTACT INFO
   We will :
   1. Complete the Sales Order (specifications - prices - S&H - Sales Tax [if applicable])
   2. Send it to you via e-mail attachment or fax (your preference)
   3. You are to REVIEW and APPROVE the Sales Order
   4. Since GaleShield Weather Control Screens are CUSTOM FABRICATED we require
      full payment be submitted with the SALES ORDER
   5. Payment may be made by
      1. CHECK or
      2. CREDIT or DEBIT CARD -
         1. We accept VISA - MASTER CARD - DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS
            through the PayPal system. It is very secure and the transaction may be
            completed directly with PayPal. A & B Associates will never see your credit/
            debit card information. We submit only your name, e-mail address and the
            FINAL TOTAL of the Sales Order. You will receive an e-mail direct from PayPal for you to submit your credit/debit card information. They process the transaction and place the funds in my PayPal account and advise us of the transactions completion.
   6. A&B Associates will advise you of the transaction completion and process the order for
      fabrication and shipment.
